Anyone can join and browse for free. Approval only applies when you request to unlock a specific listing's street address, price, and photos.
We check unlock requests to confirm:

Agents and vendors trust BuyerHQ not to publish street addresses publicly. That is why we show suburb and key details on the map, but keep address, price, and photos locked until you request an unlock and we approve it.
Is BuyerHQ free?+
Yes. Joining and browsing are free for Victorian buyers. BuyerHQ does not charge an engagement fee, subscription, or success fee. If you later engage an independent buyer's agent we introduce, any fees they charge are between you and that agent, not BuyerHQ.
What if I'm not approved?+
